Processing Infrastructure

Fruits and vegetables are processed in a clean and healthy environment supported by modern an automated packing line and cold storage. The multi-fruit integrated packhouse has the following key machinery and systems:

Equipment :

  1. Mango Line : sorting, grading, washing, hot water treatment, waxing,
    Capacity - 2.5MT per hr., Make – PSF, Australia
  2. 4 nos. Precooking Chambers, Capacity-6Mt per chamber/per batch, Make - Coil India
  3. 4 nos. Ripening chambers, Capacity - 50MT per batch - Make - Indian
  4. 3 nos. high humidity Cold Storage-each having capacity-200MT
